November dates go first — the earlier you book, the better your install slot.

How it works

  1. Book a date and tell us the look — classic warm white, color, roofline only, or the full treatment.
  2. We install and light it up. Something goes dark mid-season, we come fix it.
  3. January: down, boxed, labeled, stored. Next year is one text: "same as last year?"

Fair questions

Do I have to buy the lights?

First season includes commercial-grade lights sized to your house — that's most of the year-one cost. After that you own the layout and seasons get cheaper.

What about the gutter timing?

Best combo in the business: we clear gutters at takedown in January while the ladders are already up. On the Year-Round Plan it's automatic.
